Preparation of SiO2:TiO2 for High-Performance Double Layer Anti-Reflection Coating

In this work, an anti-reflection coating was prepared in the region (400-1000) nm of wavelength, with a double layer silicon dioxide (SiO2) as inner and second mixture titanium (TiO2) certain ratios, outer using chemical spraying method number 6 sprays SiO2 12 - TiO2. Using deposited on glass substrate different SiO2, fixed TiO2-SiO2. The optical structural properties were determined UV-Vis spectroscopy atomic force microscopy (AFM). results show that by mixed layer, optimal performance broadband low-reflection ARC (anti-reflection coating) obtained. work also reports comparison experimental theoretical help MATLAB, which relies characteristic matrix along visible – near-infrared.
